# Looking for a ManyChat alternative

ManyChat is known for button and keyword-based marketing flows, especially on Instagram and Messenger. FoxTekno doesn't ask you to build flows; it understands whatever the customer writes and answers with your business information.

| | FoxTekno | ManyChat |
|---|---|---|
| How it works | AI that understands free-form questions | Pre-designed flows and keywords |
| Setup | Enter your details, scan the QR code | A flow designed for every scenario |
| Bookings and orders | Built-in bookings and order lookup | Usually through external integrations |
| Turkish | Turkish dashboard, Turkish templates, local marketplaces | Mostly English |

## Which one is right for you?

If you build comment-to-DM campaign flows on Instagram, flow tools are strong. If you want incoming questions answered in natural language, FoxTekno takes less effort.
