Data deletion

If you connected a Facebook Page

Open Facebook Settings, go to Business integrations (or Apps and websites), find FoxTekno and remove it. Facebook notifies us automatically; we then remove the connected Pages from our system and delete the related conversations. You receive a confirmation code that you can check on this page.

If you have a FoxTekno account

Account owners can delete the account from Settings → Delete account in the dashboard. Users, channels, conversations and documents are deleted immediately.

If you messaged a business that uses FoxTekno

Contact the business directly, or write to [email protected] with the channel you used and your phone number or username. We will locate and delete your conversations within 30 days.

What we may keep

Anonymous usage counts and records we are legally required to keep, such as invoices.
