FoxTeknoTerms of Service

These terms govern the use of the FoxTekno service ("Service"). By creating an account you agree to them on behalf of your business.
1. The Service
FoxTekno connects a business's WhatsApp, Telegram, Facebook and Instagram accounts to an assistant that replies to incoming customer messages using instructions and documents provided by the business, and gives the business a dashboard to follow and take over conversations.
2. Accounts
- You must be at least 18 and authorized to act for the business.
- You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for activity under your account, including team members you invite.
3. Trial and plans
New accounts start with a free trial limited in time, replies and channels; no card is required and nothing is charged when it ends. Paid plans are monthly subscriptions paid by card through a licensed payment institution and renew automatically each month until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. Plan prices and limits are shown in the dashboard; we will notify you at least 30 days before any price change. See also the distance sales agreement and cancellation and refund policy.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use the Service to send unsolicited bulk messages, mislead or defraud people, process data you are not allowed to process, or break the terms of Meta, WhatsApp or Telegram. We may suspend accounts that do.
5. Automated replies
Replies are generated by an AI model and can be wrong. You are responsible for the instructions and documents you provide and for monitoring conversations. The Service includes tools to pause the assistant per conversation and to hand conversations over to your team.
6. Your data
You own your content. We process it only to provide the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy. For your customers' personal data you are the data controller and we act as your processor.
7. Availability
We aim for high availability but the Service depends on third parties (Meta, WhatsApp, Telegram, Google). We are not responsible for their outages or for actions they take against your accounts.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
9. Termination
You can delete your account at any time from Settings; your data is deleted immediately. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms.
10. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Istanbul courts have jurisdiction.
