What we do

Small and medium-sized businesses spend much of the day answering the same questions: prices, address, opening hours, appointments, order status. FoxTekno handles these messages even when the owner is busy; it books appointments, looks up orders, collects leads and hands the conversation to the team when needed.

Setup needs no technical knowledge: the business owner picks an industry template, enters their information or uploads documents and connects WhatsApp by QR code. The assistant is live in about 10 minutes.

Our principles

• No making things up: the assistant only uses the information the business provides and, when it doesn't know, says the business will get back to the customer.
• Hands over to a human: on sensitive or personal matters it passes the conversation to the team and notifies them.
• Respect for data: conversations are kept only for the period the business chooses and then deleted automatically; we work in line with KVKK (Turkish data protection law).
• Transparent cost: use your own Google Gemini key or buy a monthly reply package.

Who is it for?

For any business that messages with its customers: hair and beauty salons, clinics, restaurants and cafés, online stores, hotels, real estate offices, education providers and auto services. The assistant replies in the customer's language, including Turkish, English, German, Arabic and Russian.
