FoxTekno respects your right to delete your personal data. In accordance with applicable data protection regulations and Meta Platform policies, you can request the deletion of your data at any time.

How to Request Data Deletion

Option 1: Through Facebook

Go to your Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites, find FoxTekno, and click "Remove." This will automatically trigger our data deletion process.

Option 2: Contact Us Directly

Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include your registered email address or Facebook User ID.

What Data Will Be Deleted

Your account information (name, email)
Connected social media account data
Conversation histories and message content
AI configuration settings and system prompts
Usage logs and analytics data

Deletion Timeline

Upon receiving a valid deletion request:

Your data will be marked for deletion immediately
Complete deletion will be processed within 30 days
You will receive a confirmation code to track the deletion status

Data We May Retain

We may retain certain data as required by law, such as:

Transaction records for tax/legal compliance
Anonymized, aggregated analytics data
